Benicia Boxing & Martial Arts is Benicia's newest studio, offering training for men, women and children of all ages. We're excited to be a part of the community and offer services which promote health, fitness and education, in a safe and fun environment. The goal at Benicia Boxing is to instill confidence, discipline and effective skills within every student we train. Learn to break out of grappling locks and protect yourself against punch, kick and weapon attacks. Learn how to use your hands for blindingly fast striking and deliver crushing elbows and knees. Our state-of-the-art studio has been newly renovated and features an open and bright environment, comfortable seating, brand new equipment and mats, free wi-fi, and more. Located in Parkway Plaza, customers enjoy ample parking, access to neighboring small businesses, and simple freeway access.
