This place is absolutely wonderful in every respect. It is not a pretentious spa, you do not have to fear being judged to walk in or make an appointment. You can come in with any kind of skin type and Ronnie will take care of it all -- she is the kindest, most genuine and caring person. She caters the facials to you and your skin type and values all of her customers. I lived in Palo Alto and my mom and I started going to Mind of Beauty Day Spa 4 years ago -- we have never considered leaving. We've gone to other spas in the past, but the facials do not compare t
