Found this "business" online and they charge in advance for work they haven't completed. He is late on all appointments to do lawn work, and honestly it isn't that great. After agreeing on a price to do some root work in the front of the house (and me paying in advance) he never got around to it and it was excuse after excuse for why he couldn't make it. After two and a half weeks of putting off the extra work of taking out roots, I finally asked for a cancellation of service and full refund for the month of work that none of which was completed. He still
