We have bought several items from this store and they keep BREAKING. Now I know that there is a risk when you buy/use glass smoking pieces but for it to cleanly break at one of the places it was fused together is clearly a defect. We took this back to the owner ( 2 weeks after purchase) and he basically told me to eff off. He was very rude and pretty much laughed that I had bothered to try and get a refund or exchange. We spent $160 ( even have receipt) on a large item and he blew us off. Not cool. Very unhappy and we will definetly not refer anyone else here.
