Amazing! El Caramba is a newly opened restaurant in Elmont, NY at the corner of Hempstead Turnpike and Elmont Road. The ambiance is light and cheery, there's ample room for the tables and guests, the decor is simple and delightful. I interviewed the seasoned chef and owner Carlos because I was impressed by the food. He has worked the restaurant circuit in Manhattan and here in Long Island and now I could really tell that he wants you to seat and enjoy his expertise in a great and delicious dish. We did! This is =the= best Peruvian restaurant I have ever
