Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called ahead to make sure they had the amp I wanted to purchase (Peavey 6505 combo) and the dude told me I could bring my own guitars in to make sure I wanted it. When I got there I wandered around the store for 5-10 minutes with nobody asking if I needed anything. Finally I approach the girl behind the counter and ask her if I can try out the Peavy 6505 I had called about. She didn't know what that was.
