Haydn Hayes is the manager of the store, and is one of the most talented jewlers I have ever met. Cartersville is lucky to have him. He has done custom work for me such as building my wedding band. He is always SO helpful. I had a bracelet turn when it was not suppose to, he replaced it with absolutely no hassle. I always use him for any jewelry I want. His custom work always comes out flawless, better than you could expect.
