This office does not try to earn your business. I loved Dr. Dowlen when he was still practicing. I was disappointed when I heard he was no longer seeing patients. I,regretfully, scheduled an appointment with the new dentist in this office. The afternoon before my first appointment the secretary calls and asks if she can reschedule my appointment because "something has come up". No big deal.
