This company was completely unprofessional. I had my concerns about the guarantee I was offered to begin with, "it sounded to good to be true". The techs came out and seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They applied the treatment and left. Days went by and it didn't work so they came back out and we agreed on a solution. Later that day "the receptionist" called me from the office and immediately started talking down to me, telling me how they couldn't take care of the problem for the agreed $150.00 more than I was quoted originally.
