I called on a Saturday trying to make an appointment to have our Great Pyrenese (big dog) groomed. I was told they didn't have a cage to put her in that day. I told them I didn't want her in a cage anyway, so they made an appointment for the upcoming Thursday at 12noon. I brought her in that Thursday at noon and was told it would be about 2 hours to do her. They asked me to leave my phone # and they'd call me around 2pm to come and get her.
