Sassafras is a nice idea but it is lacking in so much, the owners lack vision, food is less than mediocre. 5 Star for ambiance - unfortunately I am not happy with paying so much for ambiance. 1 Star for taste - The food was pretty bad - We had the short ribs with grits - this was not good, the Boom Boom Shrimp - this was impressive, Slider - was OK. Catfish fingers - pretty good! No complaints on the drinks. The server was slow the bar was slow and the server seem like they are over it already. There were too many people at the
