Awful, frustrating experience - AVOID!!! In a nutshell they are unbelievably unprofessional, unorganized and unresponsive service. I bought two vouchers in June (from Tippr). I called right away and got something scheduled for July, which I had asked for some of their extra services. They called me back and said they needed to move it to afternoon for them to do my windows. When they came, they said they didn't have time to do the windows. No extra service. I called the next week to line up my next service... and this is when the phones stopped work
