I have been buying products from House of Lumber for over 5 years and just recently i asked to exchange some crown moldings for another type. Doris was helping me that day and she became very rude and refused to exchange it. I am very surprised and disappointed in Doris let alone House of Lumber that they have poor customer service and refuse to keep their customers happy. The exchange probably would of cost them $50 now they are gonna lose my business period. Which last year fell between $25,000 to $50,000. Good luck House of Lumber send your staff to customer ap
