There is a very distinct reason that 50% of all new businesses fail within the very first year-----POOR MANAGEMENT. Today I arrived at this establishment 10 minutes before it was scheduled to open. No big deal, I'll get some work done while sitting in my car. Fifteen minutes later...still not open. No big deal, could see clerk counting drawer, should only be a few more minutes. Five minutes later, still not open. Clerk is preparing outside specials sign--no big deal. Finally at 8:20 sign is placed outside and door is open. I asked the clerk what time they open
