When I dropped my dog off the lady at the front was complaining about being so busy. After having my dog for over an hour, I get a phone call to come get him because he has been barking and pooped. I was told my dog was not allowed there again and that they did not get to groom him because of his bad manners. When my husband went to pick my dog up, the owner told him that my dog was rude for pooping and barking and did not have manners.
