I had an appointment that was cancelled via email only on the same day. I called and emailed and got ZERO response for rescheduling. I waited 2 days and tried calling again. I was called no less than a dozen times before leaving a message. The call was actually returned, but no rescheduling could be done w/o approval from the gal providing the service....who would call me back as soon as she could. No call ever came. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE HACKS!!!
