Terrible experience; spent over $200 on custom controller. What I received was poorly painted and was totally incorrectly colored in the shoulder buttons, start/select buttons, and PS button, and worst of all, was totally missing the symbols on the X, O, triangle, and square buttons; they were blank. Controller did not at all match what I'd design in their controller creator. I contacted them for a refund through many different channels; I got no reply whatsoever. Their customer service is non-existent, and paypal would not refund my money. %0
