had a worst experience as a bride at IBEX bridal in downtown. The customer service was poor, I was lied about the price of the gown and they gave me the price of the veil 4X more than in different bridal store! I put a small deposit for my gown and veil and after signing an invoice with very little tiny letters I found out that I am not able to cancel my dress or veil and I need to fully pay for it. I am not getting married anymore and went to the store to explain my heart-breaking circumstances and was told I will not receive my money back and need to pay for the gown
