Parking: You get shared or unshared garages. Some people get spaces. You have 1, 2 or 3 spots but its not sorted as to how many bedrooms you have. Garages are poorly maintained and leak. Theres NO visitor parking. If you have an open space, others might park in it and management does nothing. Maintenance: The maintenance man only speaks English when its convenient.
