Awful way to do a senior apartment facility (e.g. stupid).At 11 PM only parking available (Managers') was used to assist (and unload luggage) elderly resident and Mgr. had car towed after 12 minutes. This put older female on the streets until 3 AM in area where serial killer was being sought. During normal hours they NEVER answer telephone (messages only) and not available for personal mail delivery. NOT any way to run a senior residence facility. They may be cheaper but present a clear and present danger to seniors.
