Cynthia Ruiz has always had a strong desire to help people and did so in a corporate capacity for over 30 years. In 2005; however, she found that what she was doing was no longer enough. That is when she decided to look for a life coach for help in finding a career to fulfill her now stronger desire to help people. That is when she found California Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences. The school provided a life coach program and a light went off in her head and she knew instantly “I could do that!” It wasn’t until after meeting with Jim and Carol DiGirolamo did she come to realize there was so much more to learn and to be most helpful to others. After attending California Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences under the instruction of Jim DiGirolamo, Cynthia graduated with a degree as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Behavioral Therapist and Certified Life Coach. Cynthia specializes in a holistic approach by using your own inner wisdom to remove the blocks and obstacles that are holding you back and restoring balance to the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Each program is individualized utilizing Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mind and Body Techniques, Energy Work, and Ayurveda Health Principles as determined by individual needs.
