Terrible customer service. I ordered a bounce house/slide combo for my 3 year old s party and they delivered a giant slide with no bounce house. When I called to let them know, they said I should have caught the mistake when the delivery guy called to confirm the day before. The name of what I ordered was one word off from what they sent - and further, on the order form they dropped off, the item I ordered had been written down but crossed off.
