Unity of AV has been in the valley for over 40 years. It is on its last legs now as the current pastor and board have sold the church property in order to pay the minister. They are now temporarily housed at the Hilton Inn because they are trying to attract the well-heeled people from West Palmdale in a last-ditch effort to survive as a church. The reason they are failing is because of the overbearing control exerted over all activities by the pastor.
