Called them when my AC stopped working and I told the tech what I thought the problem was. He tested the part and it was just as I thought, a failed start up Capacitor. He installed a new one and then told me it is very rare and it is $240.00!! I couldn't believe it and after looking them up online I find out they are only $20.00!!! I called them back and they refuse to refund any money and are ripping me off over $200.00. Don't believe a word these people say because they will take advantage of your emergency and lie to your face. There is nothing "
