SHOULD BE ZERO STARS - terrible service. The tarp had a manufacturer;s defect. they said just send them a picture OR they would pick up the tarp. I sent them a picture and threw the tarp out. (They said picture OR the tarp). After acknowledging a defect (which took them 2 weeks) , instead of a refund they offered me 20% off a new tarp and a roll of tape to fix it! It was a 80'x100' tarp! When I told them I wanted a new tarp or a refund - they suddenly wanted the tarp back. I told them that 2 weeks ago they said they didn't want the tarp, ju
