HORRIBLE customer service!!! My vehicle died on the freeway while a friend was driving, I called AAA to have it towed to Hollywood. AAA informed me I was just outside my 7 mile coverage and I would be responsible for the miles over, I agreed. AAA contractors (blue lake motors) towed my vehicle to my car shop. Once there, the driver demanded cash only. My friend called and stated he would only take cash. I was stuck in class a couple miles away.
