I was trying to find out the details of a tow job they did for me, times/cost/ins billing......the man that answered the phone for the business said he would have to look that up on his computer, (long silence) and i said OK?? He said that would be too much work for him, being they close at 12:00pm.I called at 11:00am......that's an un-acceptable answer.
