DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE TO BE REPAIRED. The customer service is horrible and the technician work subpar. Customer service example: They take forever to fix and they have this messed up queue system. Also, they don't get back to you when they say they will. In my case, they replaced the keyboard. But, did not QA/check to make sure all the keys were working. So, when I got it home, keys were sticking. Back again. This time, the specialist was out to lunch - the front desk person said they sometimes take 2 hour lunches. I have a question. If you are serv
