I feel like I have just been worked over by a pack of thieves. When I hired real property management to manage my property I was promised that they would work in my best interest to improve rent collection and to protect my interests as a property owner. But the reality was that after hiring them, not only did they take the 10% fee off the top of my rents, but they slowed collection to the point where I was receiving my rents anywhere from 7 to 15 days later than before I had managed the rent collection myself.
