I hired Dura Floor (Laguna Coating LTD) in the end of 2010 to apply concrete overlay on the driveway and backyard, as well as install epoxy flooring in the garage. Contractor gave me 10 year warranty. Dura Floor breached their contract in the following ways: 1) Failed to seal all concrete cracks and joints.
