If I could give them negative stars I would. Told me they'd have a driver out in less than an hour, I waited 3. Called to see where they were 2 hours in, they said less than 30 minutes away, I waited more than an hour. Called again twice and TWICE they told me the driver would call me- surprise, he never called. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service, I suffered in the heat for 3 hours waiting for this garbage company. Never, ever, ever, EVER use this service. Seriously, NEVER.
