We've all heard, or perhaps told the story of the little mom-and-pop place out of the mainstream that is just fantastic. A place that has food better than the chain-franchise places that charge way more than the food is worth. Serrano's is one of those tiny, out of the way, almost hidden little places that make the best food you've ever had.
