Our mission is to provide locally sourced food to Beaufortonians & educate them about where & how the food they eat is produced.
Review
We always tried to supplement as much as our grocery shopping as possible at farmers markets. But the variety did not allow us to do it as much as we wanted. SILO now gives us that variety and we can now get about 80% of our groceries from local sources through SILO. It is a great way to support our local growers and producers! Being able to buy it directly from the people who grew it or made it makes us feel so much better about the money we spend on our food. The experience of picking up our order in the shopfront at Habersham Marketplace makes it extra personal.
