I just got my hair cut at Fantastic Sam's on Wayne Road in Westland and I was very disappointed. I had a coupon which clearly stated, shampoo, cut and blow dry. The young lady who finally called me back (I had a 2 p.m. appointment and was waiting for over a half an hour) just sprayed down my hair. Cut it and asked me if I wanted product in it. Well, since she hadn't washed it and I had not washed my hair before the appointment, then no, I didn't want any product. She didn't offer to blow dry, just took the cape off. Whole service took about 5 min
