I went into contract with Harbor Bay Pools in 12/2011 and gave a 4100.00 deposit. My permits did not get submitted until February and my permits not approved until 3/19. Harbor Bay came down and dug out my pool and then disappeared for a week. They then formed the pool and the contract stated I had to pay another 16,000.00.They were supposed to shoot the gunite the following week. It never happened. After many unreturned calls and numerous e mails they gave me excuse after excuse and said they were victim to the outsourced schedule. I called the gunite company myself on
