I needed some extensive work done and was prepared for the worst. However Dr. Ruiz was remarkably gentle even with just the initial numbing shots. And the procedures themselves were remarkably mostly pain-free. Another nice thing is that every time I walked in the door, the staff was aware of what was going on with my work, which is very reassuring. Most of all, I can't say enough about how nice and friendly everyone is. Every staff member looks you in the eye and addresses you by name.
