My husband went to Bullies Ink%uFEFF (on the westside at 2009 Zettler Center Dr, Columbus, OH 43223) a while ago to get a half sleeve done. He went there because a friend recommended the place. We were recommended to see Eric (the manager) from the beginning and he recommended the artist that started the tat. WARNING: DO NOT GO THERE!!!
