Blue Suede Memories II, the second annual Tribute to the King Competition, featuring Elvis Tribute Artists from across the USA and London, England; is beginning their advanced ticket sales February 1st and continuing through March 28th. The competition is being held March 30-31 at the Historic Electric Park Ballroom. The show begins at 7pm each night with the doors opening at 6pm. Up to 20 Elvis Tribute Artists will compete for a share of $5000.00 in CASH awards and a place in the “King of The World” World Championship in Memphis during Elvis Week. Each night will be a unique show featuring different songs and different costumes appropriate to the different decades of Elvis’ career. 2009 World Champion, Jesse Aron, will be our Special Guest. He will be doing Roy Orbison on Friday and Elvis on Saturday. Jesse has already qualified for Graceland’s “Ultimate Elvis” Competition in Memphis. Jesse is from Janesville, Wisconsin.
