Avoid Mr. Huntley. Not only is does he cut corners wherever he thinks he can get away with it, he is untrustworthy and aggressive if challenged or questioned. My spouse and I dealt with him in connection with a rental property, and he was dishonest and lazy. We routinely made repeated requests of him to fulfill basic responsibilities of his job in managing the property. On several occasions he told us he would handle certain issues, and assured us we could rely on his "word" and his sense of honor as a former reservist, but he not only did not follow through
