There was no adequate training to explain about accounting system. I needed someone’s little bit help to walk me through the process that takes 1 hour or so. They have no plan to keep anyone, so nobody cares to explain and help. I was lost there. I still think that they may not be able to keep anyone in future. Because they want result and don’t want to train to get the result. Negative attitude of people there makes it worst.
