Review

Its hard to tell when its Opened or Closed. I went on wed night at 8:30 and got an ice cream. Then I took the kids on Thursday night at 8 with the family and it was Closed. Sometimes it is opened at noon and others at 2. Half the time the flag outside says Open but it's not. I will start going elsewhere until they can figure out REGULAR store hours
