Attorney Rutley was representing an estate seller of a property, and I was representing the buyer of the home. Though the deal was only closed 1 business day late, a title issue brought to his attention weeks prior was only solved at 3pm on the planned closing day. The issue was the communication and arrogance that was conveyed by Atty Rutley all along the way, treating parties as annoyances and causing anxiety all throughout the process.
