I hired another carpet cleaning but they never showed up. I called Xtra Clean of Ventura since they were offering same day service and they were able to come and clean my carpet the same day. They did charge a bit more than the other company but the results were worth the money. The two guys that came to do the cleaning were amazing, they were so helpful and polite. I called the office and gave them my feedback. I made arrangements for next Saturday to have my couches cleaned but I told them I wanted the same two guys.
