Staff are rude and uninformative. Staff constantly lies and gives false and conflicting information. During showings they are unable to answer questions and seem to have no knowledge of the property. The Manager is as rude as his staff and does not hesitate to look you in the eye and blatantly lie. They do NOT rent based on credit or criminal check, they rent based on rather they like you or not...totally discriminating rental practices. Neither staff nor manager will return phone calls.
