One word... TERRIBLE. Avoid this rental company at all costs. From the time of move in all the way to move out Rock Point Rental has never failed to disappoint. Very rude management. Frequently have "maintenance calls" in which they will freely let themselves into the apartment with no warnings. These frequent encounters are very awkward for two girls living together with creepy male maintenance men. Before moving in we were promised the carpets would be cleaned, the walls would be painted, and eventually tile would be laid in the lower level. Lived there a solid
