Not only do they not deliver on their scheduled date, they charge you for items you did not receive, deliver items with holes and miscut mattresses, make promises they never actual fulfill and are rude. They also do not tell you that almost everything is not returnable even though they offer a 45 day money back satisfaction guarantee.
