The company is not responsible We have requested the company to come and do preventive maintenance at june, They are not coming on the promise day and did not give a call until 45min after the appointment time. We need to reschedule it to a later day, the reception girl is very rude and having strong attitude. The technician sunny is certified the HPAC is running normal and claimed that the drain pipe is working fine. HOWEVER, two weeks later, there are a serious dripping, we do not know until the owner below us starting to complain. w
