happy I got Dish network for my house and direct tv for my rental house both from sky sat 20 . After calling Direct and Dish and getting the run around a friend told me about Sky sat 20. I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs.
