On Monday, I contacted Calvin to have 2 garage door openers installed; set appointment for the following Friday I told him that I would confirm with our construction manager on Wednesday that 1/2 HP openers would work. Sent an email on Wed night with an update requesting a 3/4 HP opener for the larger door. The following Monday I called to see that my email was received and verify everything was set for the upcoming Friday install and Calvin said "This is just how my day is going; I'm on the way to pick up your openers now. I can't have this kind of confusion
