Cafe Francais was opened in 2012 by Maurice and Nicole Nicole Cochard in beautiful Tucson, Arizona. They were also the original owners of the popular local restaurant, Le Delice. The owners came from France to the U.S when Maurice was recruited to be the head chef of a Four Star French restaurant in Colorado. Nicole is the creative genius behind their amazing French pastry creations. She began her apprenticeship as a child in her family’s bakery in France. Come in and enjoy our diverse menu.
